The following are steps to access ESAWeb. Physicians cannot use ESA/WebESA until they have been trained and linked to WebESA by Medical Records.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks.
  
To access WebESA, physicians must have a valid LSU User name and password to log on to Desktop or use website http://www.lsuhsc.edu/Citrix.htm

1. Click on icon ESAWeb
2. Enter Physician ID#
3. Enter Password
4. WebESA Search Criteria screen will appear
5. Physician click on Not Signed and click the Search button  
6. A list of the unsigned documents will appear
7. Physician double click the document  
8. The document will appear  
9. On the left top of the screen are several buttons, Sign, Msg, Edit, Close and Next
10. To edit the document click on Edit
11. To sign document click on sign
12. Document is not signed until the physician finalizes the document
13. To finalize click on finalize, enter physician password, document is signed
