Lions / LSU Regional Low Vision Center |
While research continues at LSU Eye Center to advance the fight against blinding eye diseases, many patients with visual impairment, or “low vision,” need help now to make the best use of their remaining vision and to maintain independent lifestyles. The Lions/LSU Regional Low Vision Center is here to offer help and hope.
The Lions / LSU Regional Low Vision Center is a collaborative effort between Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation, Lions Clubs International Foundation, and LSU Eye Center. Funding for this project is made possible by grants from Lions Clubs International Foundation and local Lions Clubs. With offices in Slidell, New Orleans, and Houma, we are able to reach a greater number of visually impaired patients than ever before.
