Visiting the Eye Center Clinic

The LSU Eye Center Clinic is located at 3700 St. Charles Avenue, 6th floor, New Orleans.  Free parking is available at 3715 Prytania. For appointments, call (504) 412-1200.

The Contact Lens Department is headed by an optometrist and a full-time optician staffs the optical shop.  In addition to the faculty physicians, other personnel include certified ophthalmic technicians, ophthalmic technician trainees, an orthopist, and ophthalmic assistants, all of whom assist the faculty in the care of our patients.

Directions

The clinic is located at 3700 St Charles Avenue between Napoleon and Louisiana Avenues. From Metairie, take I-10E via ramp to New Orleans. Continue onto US-90 BUS W. Take the Carondelet Street exit toward St. Charles Avenue. Turn right onto St. Charles Avenue. Make a U-turn at Peniston Street. 3700 St. Charles Avenue will be on the right.
